SHIPPING POLICY

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED?
It takes us 4-5 business days to deliver your order to your doorsteps. Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays, as well as any gazette holidays, will be processed the next business day. Orders may be delayed temporarily during peak hours or due to delays in information verification. Orders placed through our online payment system are subject to a fraud check, and will be processed further once our payment processor has cleared them. For all cash on delivery methods, payments will be collected from the shipping address. You will receive an email with tracking information once your product has been sent; please check your junk/spam folders as well.
 
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer free shipping throughout Pakistan.
 
WHICH COURIER SERVICE DO YOU USE FOR DELIVERIES?
It is dependent on the delivery area and the package type. We will send you an e-mail with the courier information and tracking details once the shipment has left our warehouse.
 
WHAT IF I AM NOT IN THE HOUSE WHEN THE ORDER IS DELIVERED?
The courier will send you an SMS with the total payment due. When it comes to self-collection, make sure you are there at home. In the event of your absence, the parcel might be delivered to any designated person/family member.
 
ORDER CANCELLATION
For cash on delivery orders, we verify orders with a maximum of two confirmation calls. If your order is left unattended, it will be cancelled. Orders can be cancelled at any time before they are completed at the request of the customer. The Arts Vibe reserves the right to cancel orders for any reason, including out of stock items, wrong mobile numbers, or technical faults.


REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@theartsvibe.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
